Thank you for choosing to exhibit at and support this year's G2E. In order to make your experience the best it can be, please refer to the information and tools below to plan and prepare for the Show.
Update Your Company Information
Your first step to a successful exhibiting experience is updating your company information in My G2E Show Planner. It is important that you update soon, as your listing contains essential information to help us communicate with you and better promote your company leading up to the show. It will also be available to G2E attendees online, in your My G2E Show Planner listing and printed, in the G2E Event Guide.
Please contact Eric Roland at firstname.lastname@example.org or 203-840-5424 for your exhibitor ID and password.

BEWARE of the Fair Guide
Reed Exhibitions and Global Gaming Expo do NOT support the Fair Guide -- it is NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or Global Gaming Expo. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Fair Guide from Construct Data, its publisher, which use the name of Global Gaming Expo – do not be fooled. Construct Data currently operates out of Slovakia (it has previously operated out of Austria and Germany).
BEWARE of the Expo-Guide
Reed Exhibitions and Global Gaming Expo also do NOT support the Expo-Guide -- it is NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or Global Gaming Expo. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Expo-Guide from Commercial Online Manuals, its publisher, which use the name of Global Gaming Expo – again, do not be fooled. The Expo-Guide currently operates out of Mexico.
For further warnings on the Fair Guide and the Expo-Guide, please check out www.stopecg.org (the website was set up originally to deal with the European City Guides, but it now addresses the Fair Guide and Expo-Guide as well as several other similar matters).
And please remember – the only directories and guides affiliated with Reed Exhibitions are those published by Reed Exhibitions, including the official show directories. If you have any doubts about a directory/guide solicitation using the Global Gaming Expo name (for example, if the solicitation requires payment made to an address in a foreign country), please contact an Global Gaming Expo salesperson ASAP.
BEWARE OF TRAVEL SCAMS
The Global Gaming Expo (G2E), in partnership with onPeak, are committed to providing you with the best travel deals around. onPeak is the official travel provider for the Global Gaming Expo (G2E).
Don't be fooled by offers from other parties using the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) name – they are NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or Global Gaming Expo (G2E). Remember, if the offer seems too good to be true, it probably is. At the very least, prior to booking with a party other than onPeak, please check the prospective vendor's rating at www.bbb.org.
