Step 1—Review the G2E 2012 Space-Draw Priority Points and Rules and Regulations.
Step 2—Review the call-in schedule and locate your company name to find out your day and time to call in.
The call-in phone number is 1-203-840-5850 in the US and all times are Eastern Standard (New York).
The call-in schedule is based on your G2E 2011 space size. If you plan on upgrading to a larger space or going with a smaller space, call in during the scheduled time slot for the space that you want to select, and you will be placed in the queue based on your priority points.
NOTE: Any questions regarding the call-in schedule need to be addressed with your sales representative prior to scheduling.
Step 3—Download the G2E 2012 Application and Licensing Agreement and Pricing Information.
Step 4—Fill out the G2E 2012 Application & Licensing Agreement
NOTE: Application & Licensing Agreement must be received before Tuesday, October 26, 2011 for Space-Draw in order to select space. 30% deposit must be received by November 30th.
Step 5—Sign and return your contract with a 30% deposit. 30% deposit must be received by November 30th.

Step 6—Review the G2E 2012 floor plan and call in during your allotted time. Be prepared with more than one booth choice in order to maintain the Space-Draw schedule.
