Your resort sets the standard for world-class entertainment, unique dining and unprecedented service. Ideally, all of these experiences combine to create a singular guest's journey. A journey which begins with the decision to stay at your property, and is frequently shared on social sites in the weeks leading up to, during and following their stay. Influencing that journey with targeted offers and guest preference-based interactions is easier than you might think. In this session, we will explore the latest AI-based innovations in managing the experience and identify new strategies to engage, interact with, and even curate the guest's journey. Join us as we explore how data helps us truly understand the patron, their preferences, purchasing patterns, and how it all works together to influence their journey. We will explore innovations that will allow you to do things such as: • Identify and differentiate guest experiences in ways that play to your strengths and drive revenue • Attracting new patrons while remaining true to your existing base • Develop, present and adapt targeted offers that help craft the guest journey
