Effective July 30, 2021, Nevada adopted the updated CDC Mask Guidance. In line with federal, state, and local recommendations and the requirements of the Venetian Expo, all individuals are required to wear a face covering while attending G2E. For more details on approved face coverings, please click here.

G2E has worked closely with The Venetian Resort and Venetian Expo to implement cleaning and sanitization standards that meet or exceed the recommendations of the CDC. It is the responsibility of everyone to maintain personal hygiene, including washing your hands frequently. The Venetian Clean Commitment can be found here.

We have adjusted our layout and implemented exhibitor guidelines with capacity management and physical distancing in mind. Please follow all floor, directional, and distance markings and signage.

Operational adjustments may occur throughout the event. Please adhere to all signage and direction from all staff, including our safety ambassadors.

G2E is committed to upholding the health and safety standards outlined on this page. We will continue to monitor the guidance of public health authorities and government agencies going forward and will make appropriate adjustments in the future based on that guidance. Additional details about policies and procedures will be posted here as they are made available. The G2E vaccine requirement mandates all attendees, exhibitors, media, speakers, and AGA and RX staff to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. All participants will have to complete a two-step process to gain access to the G2E vaccination verified areas.

The two steps are:

Step 1: Complete one of the complimentary options to verify vaccination status to receive a vaccination verified wristband at the G2E Vaccination Verification Center:

Option 1:  CLEAR Health Pass Validation
This option is only available for fully vaccinated registrants that received the COVID-19 vaccine in the United States. “Fully vaccinated” means that the date of entry to G2E is at least 14 days after the individual’s receipt of the final dose of an FDA approved or authorized vaccine. All other registrants must use Option 2.

Option 2: On-site Manual Validation
This option is available for partially vaccinated registrants, those individuals vaccinated outside of the United States, and fully vaccinated registrants that have elected not to use CLEAR.

Step 2: Wear your vaccination verified wristband and show government-issued ID to a registration area for badge pickup.

The G2E Vaccination Verification Center (VVC) in Venetian Ballroom D will be open on Saturday, October 2 beginning at 2:00 PM PT.
