BRIAN URAN oversees the cultivation and growth of Live!'s loyal customer base as the Vice President of Loyalty Marketing at Live! Casino & Hotel in Hanover, Maryland, the premier gaming and entertainment destination in the region. In his role, Mr. Uran focuses on continuously enhancing the customer experience throughout the property with new and exciting promotion launches, gaming features and programs. He has helped to strengthen the Live! Rewards Club, which has been nationally recognized by USA Today as a reader's choice for favorite loyalty program. The innovative structure allows all Live! guests to receive amazing benefits no matter how often they play, and the six membership levels - Chairman's Club, Jade Card, Black Card, Platinum, Gold and Classic - offer a unique set of rewards tailored to the player's preference. Another successful feature that Mr. Uran has managed is the Giant Jackpots program, the first of its kind in Maryland for slot players. Giant Jackpots is a mystery slot progressive jackpot that's guaranteed to hit between $50,000-$100,000 and anyone with a player's card in a machine can win. Most recently, Mr. Uran has spearheaded the development and launch of the My Live! Mr. Uran is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Bachelor of Science in Gaming Management.
