Bill Burtch - Chief Information Officer - Choctaw Resort Development Enterprises (Pearl River Resort) - Choctaw, Mississippi Executive Innovation, Technology, Systems, and Facilities leader for CRDE and Pearl River Resort, the largest casino resort in Mississippi. Resort includes three casinos, three hotels, two championship golf courses, a large waterpark, convention center, and recently created Sportsbooks. With more than 35 years of experience in Information Systems, including over 30 years of experience in the Gaming industry, Mr. Burtch is a seasoned Information Systems Technology veteran who is accomplished, and results driven. He has served in various executive leadership roles including Chief Information Officer at multiple Gaming companies. He is a specialist in talent development, operational excellence, strategy development, and execution. Mr. Burtch has served as Choctaw Resort Development Enterprises' Chief Information Officer since November 2014. In this role, Mr. Burtch is responsible for all aspects of Pearl River Resort's information systems, including multiple hardware platforms, multiple integrated software systems, development, web/intranet integration, strategic and operational planning. For the last four years he has also provided strategic and operational leadership for the multiple Facilities/Engineering, Audio-Video/Entertainment, and PMO departments. Prior to joining CRDE, Mr. Burtch served as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Innovation and Technology for Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada from April 2013 to October 2014. Mr. Burtch served as Vice-President of Information Technology and Audio-Video for Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, California, owned by the United Auburn Indian Community, from January 2010 to April 2013. Earlier in his career, Mr. Burtch worked for Harrah's Entertainment in their Corporate IT Division for twenty years, starting in 1989. Mr. Burtch served in various leadership and application architect positions. While at Harrah's Entertainment Mr. Burtch participated in numerous property openings and acquisition conversions. Mr. Burtch started his Information Technology career working in the trucking and insurance industry.
