Whether you're a first-time attendee or a returning pro, we’ve laid out everything you need to make badge pickup quick, easy, and stress-free. Let’s get you show-ready in just four simple steps.

^{STEP 2:}HAVE YOUR CONFIRMATION QR CODE AND GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID READY.

To pick up your badge, you’ll need the confirmation QR code we sent you via email and a government-issued ID to verify it’s you who is picking up your badge. You may only print the badge associated with your photo ID. Identification may not be expired. Photocopies and phone images of IDs will not be accepted.

If you have your QR code and are already registered, go to the GREEN registration area, and visit a registration kiosk, all badge types can print at any kiosk. If you still need to register or need assistance, go to the BLUE registration area. Check out the map below to see where each area is located.

Come before the rush and pick up your badge. G2E registration opens on Sunday, October 5 at 1:00 PM PT. Registration hours for attendees are:

Monday, October 6 | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday, October 7 | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday, October 8 | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

If you need help on-site, be on the lookout for the G2E Ask Me Staff wearing blue shirts. They can answer any questions and provide directions.

GETTING TO REGISTRATION

DEDICATED BADGE PICKUP LOCATIONS

If you’re part of a designated group, you have your own badge pickup area—no need to visit general registration:

G2E Platinum Club Members – Pick up your badge in the G2E Platinum Club Lounge, located in Venetian Ballroom I.
Speakers – Pick up your badge in the Education Office & Speaker Lounge on Level 2 in Veronese 2406 to retrieve your badge.
Media – Pick up your badge in the Media Lounge, sponsored by DraftKings, on Level 2 in Venetian Ballroom G.
