G2E is proud to announce the debut of its first-ever G2E Dealer Championship, bringing unprecedented recognition to the skilled professionals who are the backbone of casino gaming operations across America. This inaugural competition will showcase the expertise and professionalism of casino dealers while celebrating their vital contribution to the gaming industry.

This competition establishes a new standard for excellence while providing dealers with career advancement opportunities and professional recognition. By celebrating dealer expertise and offering a prestigious competition platform, G2E helps elevate the perception of dealing as a skilled profession requiring continuous development and mastery.

Drawing inspiration from the European Casino Association's successful European Dealer Championship, this competition will bring together the most talented dealers from across the United States for an exciting multi-day event.

How the Competition Works

The G2E Dealer Championship features a comprehensive evaluation process designed to identify America's premier casino dealers. Contestants will demonstrate their skills across two essential games: Blackjack and traditional Roulette. Each participant must deal both games for 15-minute sessions, with evaluation focusing on three critical areas:

• Technical Skills: Demonstrating mastery of game procedures, card handling, and mathematical accuracy
• Hospitality: Showcasing exceptional customer service and player engagement
• Game Control: Maintaining security, pace, and professional standards throughout gameplay

Based on participation levels, the competition will feature elimination rounds leading to the championship finals. The top three competitors will receive cash prizes, with the winner claiming the prestigious title of America's best dealer.

Nomination Process and Requirements

The competition is open to full-time, part-time, and dual-rate dealers currently employed at land-based or online legal, regulated casino operators throughout the United States. Dealers cannot self-nominate; they must receive nomination through their employers, emphasizing the importance of workplace recognition and professional standing. Each casino property may nominate one participant per operator property, with a maximum of four properties per enterprise eligible for consideration.

Every participating dealer must be accompanied by a table games executive from their property, who will also serve as a judge during the event. This requirement ensures industry expertise in the evaluation process while fostering collaboration between properties and their gaming professionals.

The nomination process closes on August 4, making it essential for properties to identify and submit their candidates promptly.
