G2E News: 2026 Call for Speakers & Content – Your Guide to a Winning Submission 

The 2026 Call for Speakers & Content is officially open, and we’re here to help you craft a submission that stands out. From tips on writing a compelling proposal to insights into what the G2E Education Advisory Board is looking for, this guide has everything you need to get started.

Key Dates and Submission Process 

  • Submission Deadline: April 1, 2026
  • Review Period: Submissions will be reviewed by the G2E Education Advisory Board for relevance, innovation, and diversity.
  • Notification: Submitters will be contacted about the status of their submission starting in June 2026.
  • Preparation: Accepted speakers will collaborate with the G2E Education team to prepare for their sessions.

What Can You submit?

1.  Session Submissions

  • Propose a specific session idea that you’d like to present at G2E. Your submission must include: 
    • Session Description: A concise, 3-5 sentence overview of the session topic. 
    • Learning Objectives: Three actionable takeaways that attendees will gain from your session.
    • Proposed Speakers: A list of potential speakers, ensuring diversity in background and company representation. 

Pro Tip: Submissions that prioritize diverse perspectives and voices will be given higher consideration. 

2. Speaker Pool 

Submissions Not ready to propose a full session? Submit your profile to the speaker pool for a chance to be matched with sessions that align with your expertise. This is a great way to contribute your knowledge and thought leadership, even without a formal session idea.

Note: Each user account can submit up to two session proposals and one speaker pool submission.

Submission Best Practices

To stand out in the competitive selection process, follow these tips:

1.  Craft a Compelling Title: Your title should be clear, engaging, and reflective of the session’s value. Avoid jargon and focus on what will grab attention.

2.  Write a Concise Description: Highlight the key takeaways and why the topic matters to the audience. Keep it focused and actionable.

3.  Define Clear Learning Objectives: Use specific, measurable outcomes that attendees can apply in their roles.

4.  Showcase Diversity: Include speakers with varied backgrounds, perspectives, and expertise to enrich the session’s content.

5.  Align with Themes: Ensure your submission fits within one of the 2026 themes to demonstrate relevance.

What the Advisory Board Looks For 

The G2E Education Advisory Board evaluates submissions based on the following criteria: 

  • Relevance: Does the topic address current trends, challenges, or opportunities in the gaming industry? 
  • Originality: Is the session idea fresh, innovative, and thought-provoking? 
  • Diversity of Thought: Does the session include unique perspectives and voices? 
  • Actionable Insights: Will attendees leave with practical knowledge they can apply?
