MEDIA CREDENTIALS & ELIGIBILITY
Media credentials for G2E will be provided solely at the discretion of the G2E Media team and will be based on the following criteria:
- Who qualifies as Media:
- Editorial Media from accredited publications, newspapers, and broadcast media outlets.
- Editor, Reporter, Writer, or Freelancer
- Blogger, Podcaster, Influencer
- Producer
- Photographer/Videographer
- Who does not qualify:
- CEOs, publishers, advertising, media or sales representatives, and custom publishers are not eligible to register as journalists but may participate through the Advertising, Marketing, and Sales Representatives badge category, for a fee.
- If you are providing or soliciting marketing services/agency work to exhibitors, you do not qualify as media and will not be granted a press badge. You must register as an exhibitor with the company you are representing.
EDITORIAL MEDIA

To qualify for an Editorial Media badge, you must be affiliated with an accredited publication, newspaper, or a broadcast media outlet (editor, reporter, blogger, podcaster, photographer, producer, writer, or freelancer).
With your badge, you receive:
- Access to the G2E Media Lounge
- Entrance to G2E education program all three (3) days (Monday, October 6 – Wednesday, October 8), except for sessions not open to media.
- Access to the Expo Hall all three (3) days (Tuesday, October 7 – Thursday, October 9).
- Entry to all G2E keynotes.
- Ability to attend any Expo Hall activities, including programming in the iGaming Hub and other networking events.
SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS

To qualify for a Social Media Influencer badge, you must meet the following criteria:
- Regularly produce original content across social or video platforms.
- Showcase a strong alignment with the casino gaming industry, including coverage of products, booths, innovations, or industry trends over the past year.
- Have a minimum of 10,000 followers on at least one platform or collectively (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram). Creators with smaller but highly engaged audiences may still be considered at the discretion of the media team.
- Content must be relevant, appropriate, and aligned with the values and focus of the casino gaming industry.
- Must demonstrate a clear interest in promoting the show experience and vendor products on-site.
- Promoting Advantage Play Slots will not be considered for influencer status.
Applicants will be asked to submit the following materials for consideration:
- Provide social media handles for each platform
- 2–3 links to past content related to casino gaming or relevant industry topics
- Primary platform(s) and brief insight into audience demographics
- Past brands or trade shows you've collaborated with (optional)
With your badge you receive:
- Access to the Social Media Influencer lounge in the Expo Hall
- Access to the Expo Hall all three (3) days (Tuesday, October 7 – Thursday, October 9).

ADVERTISING, MARKETING, & SALES REP
To qualify for an Advertising, Media, or Sales Representative badge, you fall into the category of CEOs, publishers, advertising, media or sales representatives, and custom publishers.
With your badges you receive:
- Access to the Expo Hall all three (3) days (Tuesday, October 7 – Thursday, October 9)
- Entry to all G2E keynotes.
- Ability to attend any Expo Hall activities, including programming in the iGaming Hub and other networking events.
