FAQs
Sessions vary in length. Please refer to your session start and end-time. Please allow for a question & answer period within this time, and for the benefit of everyone in the audience, repeat the question so that everyone can hear what's being said. Please note that some sessions are panel discussions with one moderator and three to four speakers. Please see below for information regarding your fellow panel members. You will be notified by an Education Team member if you have a panel speaking opportunity.
As a speaker you may register for a complimentary all access badge through the link in the task list. Speaker badges can be picked up at the Speaker Lounge (Veronese 2406) starting Sunday, September 27, 2026.
It is best to arrive at the Speaker Lounge at least 30 minutes prior to your session and arrive at you session room at least 15 minutes prior to the start time to get settled.

As a speaker, it is mandatory to participate in a pre-show prep call or webinar with G2E Education Team members. These calls are held 4-6 weeks in advance of the show and include a thorough review of what is expected onsite of our speakers. Registration links will be circulated in early August through September. You must sign up for a call. If you are not able to make one of the webinars, please reach out Amar Batra (amar.batra@rxglobal.com) to schedule a meeting.
If your session is a panel, your fellow panel members’ contact information will be sent to you as soon as everyone is confirmed. Typically, the moderator will send out the initial communication to the panel members to get the conversation started and coordinate the format of the session. However, any panel member is welcome to begin communications and share ideas regarding the format and topics of the upcoming session. If you have no received your fellow panelists information, please reach out to Amar Batra (amar.batra@rxglobal.com).

Yes. All G2E Education sessions utilize Rozie AI, which provides real-time translation options for attendees.

Speakers are responsible for all travel, lodging, and related expenses.
No. G2E Education is a paid conference. All attendees must purchase a 1-Day or Full Education badge to attend G2E Education sessions.
Expo Hall Only and G2E Pro badges do not provide access to G2E Education sessions.
